I’ve seen the “Sheepdogs” at least 7 times, in four different cities across Canada (Kingston, Ottawa, Belleville, Calgary). They are an Awesome Band that keeps the show fresh, and their energy is always high. Can’t wait to see them again.

The Sheepdogs never disappoint! Such an incredible rock n roll band! Amazing live shows each and every time! 🙌🏻🙌🏻♥️🎶😃 The Capital Theatre was rockin’ on Saturday night- the energy and atmosphere was fantastic!

It was great to see the Machine Shop full of music fans. No tables or chairs made for a true concert experience. Extra bars were open so waiting for refreshments was never long. It's nice to see the smoking/toking area exit manned by security and with a table to drop your drink. The Sheepdogs played all the hits. Two and sometimes three lead guitars battled and played together all night for a show I have not seen since the Nudge at Castle Farms. Good job ShowPass. More of the same, please.

What a great Band! They came as Support for Larkin Poe but were the same level and made Party on stage. Wanna see them again to Party! And they really look like coming out of a time machine with their appearance. ;) LOVE it!

Honestly the BEST time I’ve seen one of the BEST bands play at one of the BEST venues. Sheepdogs are rockstars! Already can’t wait for the boys to return to Nova Scotia someday, hopefully soon.

Wow what an amazing show!!! High energy southern rock blues with The Sheepdogs magic. They had the joint Rockin from start to finish. Their harmonies reminded me of the Eagles and guitar solos of Allman Brothers. Loved Ryan's digs and grooves. Ewan's soulful voice reminded me of Terry Kath CTA. Ricky's guitar work was killer and Sam's drumming was top notch. Shamus switched between guitar tambourine and piano and played cool solos on vintage keys which took me back to 70s. Next time Shamus bring your trombone please! Thanks so much guys for taking the time to sign my teenage nephew's tshirt. He loved the show and was blown away when you played Whipping Post for encore which he plays in his band Writer's Tongue. You guys are stars and I love that you're humble. Loved the show. Good time rock'n'roll, as always. I'll see these guys anytime. I'm sorry virtuoso guitarist Jimmy Bowskill isn't with the band anymore, but new guitarist Ricky Paquette (aka Dick Maple) fits right in, rocks out and adds another voice on vocals. Oh yeah. Feeling good.

OUTSTANDING! THESE GUYS ARE THE REAL DEAL. INCREDIBLE SHOW. I don't even know what to say...they are just soooooooo good. It's a crime that more people in the US don't know their name. They should be playing stadiums with like 20 or 50 thousand people in them. At the same time, I feel so lucky that I got to see them in such a small venue. God bless them for still coming down south and giving us a chance to listen to their music because it is such a pleasure. Keep doing what you're doing guys. You're there best there is right now. Creme de la creme.

I’ve loved these Southern Rock (with a pinch of The Grateful Dead) Canadians for more than 10 years! If you want to see a quality band with good tunes and good vibes inspire the maximum amount of straight white guys dancing…. Well, look no further. Plus, they’re from Saskatoon, and that’s just fun to say.

First time at Doug Fir. Great venue. Smaller than most others in town (like Aladdin, Wonder, etc) but absolutely great look, sound and vibe in the place. And Sheepdogs were amazing. Good to see them after hearing them for the first time here in Portland four years ago. New guitarist Ricky is phenomenal solo, and he also plays the classic Allman Bros style twin guitars with Ewan totally in sync. Whole band was awesome and just the kind of show and music needed. And really enjoyed the opening act (Kid Golden).

The opening band was too slow to get going but once they did they were great. The sheepdogs were great but it’s not really what I like to listen to anymore

Such a fantastic live show! Hit all the high notes, the harmonies, the guitar solos and almost the best part - the outfits. Felt like I was in “Dazed and Confused” since I didn’t get to experience 70’s rock as a teenager. Neil Young cover as a finisher was perfection!

4.5 because I missed Jimmy. Ricky was excellent but I need me some Jimmy to feel like it’s The Sheepdogs! So excellent that they played some older songs! We found them through their videos (which are hilarious and awesome). They played a few of those in Fort Worth which doesn’t appear were on their regular set list. The sound at Tulips was really spot on! They brought the opening band on stage (which is not what anyone would call a large stage ) and did a cool encore. I swear Shamus (is this the way you spell it? GTS did not help) was playing the trombone?! The dude sitting behind the keyboards all night, playing keyboards and guitar and tambourine and scratcher thingy AND trombone. And it all totally rocked. Tulips is a great place to discover your new favorite band. The service and servers are stellar!

Second time I've seen this band live, but the first time was at a festival, so this is my first full length Sheepdogs show up close and (almost) personal. Great retro 70s style rock and roll, with reverent references to the Allman Bros. band et al, and the addition of Ricky Paquette makes them monstrous. I WILL catch them again any time they come to NY when I am in town.

Always put on a rocking show ! Very few mellow moments, these guys don't hold back, this is an old fashioned rock concert with tons of guitar, talent, and catchy tunes. Thank you sheepdogs, you are always awesome 👍. See you in Ottawa in January

My hubby and I saw them before the pandemic. Then, we knew they were great (it was a cold outdoor event, I must add). We HAD to see them on this tour, even convinced friends to come with us, and THE BAND WAS UNBELIEVABLE. Every song had us singing along, dancing and rocking out! They have a new guitarist and you’d think he was playing with the Sheepdogs for years! Amazing! Already can’t wait for them to make their return. Terra, the opening act, was also fantastic.

First of all the support act Andrew Cushin a young lad from Newcastle simply sang and played acoustic guitar. Andrew, you were brilliant. This is only the second time I have seen the sheepdogs the previous time was in Newcastle when they supported Rival Sons. They were brilliant then and are now a regular listen. Changing colours and their new EP are great. Tuesday nights set at the Wardrobe Leeds (a brilliant venue) was brilliant. The band were fantastic. Absolutely love jimmy’s passionate playing and Ewan has a fantastic voice which suits the music perfectly. They are a very talented bunch of lads with very versatile and professional musical skills. Can’t wait to see them again.

The Sheepdogs were absolutely amazing, as were Creatures I’m told but we missed them unfortunately. The sound was excellent, surprising considering the amount of instrumentation on the stage. The vocals strayed on occasion but in general the music was 100% and the input 110%. The only downer was a small amount of drunken behaviour from a bunch of yobs during the encore. This was forgotten when we met the band at the back door. 😎

Superb as usual , this band gets better every time I see them , great songs and musicians , great support from the creatures band , will definitely be looking out for them in the future !!
