Acerca De Queen of Hearts

“The upper reaches of the pop stratosphere beckon.” – Q Magazine “Annie, Goldfrapp and Kylie all rolled into one” – The Guardian “A luscious, escapist electro-pop floorfiller of the future.” - The Times “A new big pop thing...incredible.” - Popjustice “A fabulously exciting new pop starlet… we’re sold.” - The Line Of Best Fit Since arriving on the scene in late 2011 with her debut EP ‘The Arrival’, the enigmatic and elusive Queen of Hearts has quietly carved out a niche for herself with just a small handful of carefully executed DIY releases, cementing her status as one of the most exciting new faces in independent electronic music. The pseudonym of 25 year-old Liz Morphew, the combination of breathtaking fashion-forward visuals alongside cutting-edge productions has made her a mainstay of both music and fashion press, with recent single ‘Neon’ fronting campaigns for Henry Holland, Morgan and Topshop, as well as being featured in ‘Grey’s Anatomy’, NBC’s ‘Do No Harm’, and recent Hollywood blockbuster ‘How I Live Now’. Now, after a short spell away, Queen of Hearts makes an unannounced return to the scene with her debut album ‘Cocoon’ – a heady concoction of electronic beats, lovelorn lyrics and seductive vocals. Written with some of electronic music’s most respected names – including DREAMTRAK, Stefan Storm, Mark Reeder, Diamond Cut and Bright Light Bright Light – the album comes hot on the heels of a number of headline festival shows in Asia. Led by the massive EDM-meets-electro sound of new single ‘Like A Drug’ – produced by Fabien Waltmann - it’s accompanying video is helmed by acclaimed director Robert Francis Muller. Singer // Songwriter // Love Addict Debut album 'Cocoon' - OUT NOW <3
