Emerging from Chicago's underground rock scene like an overworked CEO from under their desk, Bardware has things to do and a LOT to say. Blending elements of Funk, Prog-Rock, Synth, and Jazz, Bardware's patent-pending sound-slurry features irritable reflections on what's wrong, without offering any ideas on how to fix it.

Founded in the basements and backyards of Berwyn, IL during the latter half of Covid, Cuyler Marshall (Bass), Nate Brown (Guitar) and Reed McGee (Sax/Synth/Vocals) jammed their way into their first studio album. Eventually cajoling Ike Brown (Drums) into joining, Bardware is now rolling out their second studio album "Make More Money" coming August, 2026.

Bardware has snuck their way onto The Bunker Live's broadcast, Thursday Night Out in Oak Park, Homegrown Music Festival in Lisle, Fitzgerald's Nightclub in Berwyn, and the infamous River Show hosted by Lawrence "The River King" Tome, Bardware's impact is small but growing like your favorite salamander you had growing up.
