The German based Electronic / Techno live act DEFECT DATA got his first start in music at the age of 15. Before developing his own music he played for more than 10 years as a DJ in various Techno clubs / events in and around Germany. In 2003 he began experimenting with various analog sound machines in search of a truly distinct sound. ** Something that sounds like a sweet sensation coming from outta space.** Eventually he decided to quit vinyl DJ sets and focus on developing as a producer and live act. Later he started the project DEFECT DATA which presents an original and unique sound of intelligent dance music. Since 2012 he’s played live shows across Europe with only analog equipment. After various digital and vinyl releases in the past few years He is focus in 2020 to continue playing Live shows as well to release his debut album ''I Told My Therapist About You''
