As an oil spill, Poor Bambi rushes out of the oil capital in Norway, Stavanger, polluting everything they encounter on the way with noise and controlled chaos. The hard-hitting trio delivers brutal, punk-infused, and intense noise rock, fronted by vocalist Sarah Hestness who brings both aggression and attitude.

The band recently embarked on a collaboration with the legendary producer Nick Sansano and is currently working on future releases.

The band has already done two Norway tours, a concert in New York, and festival performances at events like Jærnåttå, Fjellparkfestivalen, and 100 dagar. Kjartan Tjøsvoll stated in his concert review from Hulen, Bergen that: "...The band's lead guitarist comes equipped with a wild number of pedals, along with a fierce frontwoman on vocals/guitar and a razor-sharp drummer, creating an explosive and exciting riff journey that takes us through the local landscapes reminiscent of Pixies, Paramore, and Seigmenn..."
They have released 6 singles to a positive reception, and several of the songs have been played on British Absolute Radio, P13, NRK Rogaland, and Jærradioen. They have also been listed on Bands of Tomorrow, NPS music, Bandrec, Stavanger Aftenblad, Radio Nova, and Radio Revolt. Regarding the single "Checkmate," Dagsavisen's Mode Steinkjer said, "...Stavanger has a good tradition for the toughest sound of garage, punk, and dirty rockabilly, and Poor Bambi here takes the parade flag and runs at the front of the parade..."
