Pioneering the evocative Rugged Acoustic Movement, Ridge seamlessly blends the picking styles reminiscent of legends like Jim Croce, John Denver, and Eric Clapton with the rhythmic flair of modern icons such as Ed Sheeran, John Mayer, and Tommy Emmanuel. His innovative use of alternative tunings infuses his music with an authentic edge akin to the likes of Stephen Stills, Joe Bonamassa, and Dave Matthews.
Drawing from a diverse palette of Blues, Rock, and Country influences, Ridge crafts uplifting compositions that resonate with authenticity and soul. Transitioning from a career in healthcare, he made the bold leap to pursue music full-time, releasing his debut album in November 2018.
