Last night's Project Mayhem gig at Pearl Street Warehouse was a wild ride orchestrated by the maestros of chaos. Picture this: the place was throbbing with energy when a lone protester crashed the scene, bullhorn in hand, shouting demands. But as fate would have it, this rebel turned into a fan, dancing recklessly on stage like a true disciple of the mayhem. The setlist was a medley of rebellion and nostalgia. "Should I Stay or Should I Go" had us caught in indecision's sweet torment, followed by Cheap Trick's "Surrender," a sonic whirlwind we willingly succumbed to. Project Mayhem then threw Bowie's "Suffragette City" into the mix, and the adoring crowd was left in awe.
