I resisted my family's urges to play music as a child despite taking 10 years of piano lessons. My decision to be a musician came when I first I saw "School of Rock" as a teenager, but my obsession with Guitar Hero was what gave me the final push I needed.

Since I first picked up a guitar in 2007, there's never been any doubt in my mind of what I was put on this Earth to do - play music.
