Hailing from Perth, Western Australia, ICONOCLAST have made a name in the underground Australian metal scene for tight, punishing performances and energy driven live shows. Cutting their teeth by touring extensively and supporting genre defining bands at home and around Australia, ICONOCLAST are working hard to ensure their unique brand of metal reaches as many listeners as possible.
2016 saw the band release their debut album 'HALLUCINATION' after months of self production and recording. With the final tracks mixed and mastered by Brian Hood @ 456 Recordings (Sworn In, ERRA, Gideon), HALLUCINATION packs brutal breakdowns, ambient passages, technical blasts + riffs, and anthemic melodic chants in a neat, streamlined + modern polished package.
As the band continues relentless touring at home and abroad, ICONOCLAST are determined to carve their own place in the memories of heavy music fans everywhere.
Come 2017, the band enters the studio to write the follow up to HALLUCINATION, determined to continue to push the boundaries of heavy music to its darkest, melancholy extremes.
