Music brings people together, and this band is a collection of musicians with one focus...to have fun playing music we love for all to hear. SMU combines a smattering of funk, a little bit of rock, a touch of New Orleans, and a hulking sousaphone, culminating in a jam with a brassy twist. Located in Baltimore, Maryland, they have been performing since 2013 in the DC-MD-VA area with an extensive original repertoire. The band consists of eight friends with a deep love for making music together. Tuba funk/jam band based out of Baltimore, MD. Formerly Mystical Crab presents Eliezer's Revenge of the Purple Monkey Dishwasher... and it goes on...
