Carrie Underwood was a great show. The only issues that were had was when people up front stood up through the entire performance. While I understand it is a "concert," people pay a lot of money to watch her perform and hear her songs. There were a few in front that would not sit down. I think an announcement should be made that they must stay seated and respect those that are seated and maybe cannot stand up. Fortunately, most people were seated the entire time. (If it were seatson the floor with no upward grade, people usually stand up - mostly rock concerts, but not someone with so much class like Carrie Underwood!!

The venue was terrible. We waited in line to get in and when we scanned our tickets it said we were at the wrong gate. So, for floor seats we had to go to gate A. There is no signage or search that tells you that. Waited over and hour to get into gate A. Missed all of Carrie and it still said wrong gate. We just walked in and found out seats. Nobody was paying attention to see if our ticket scanned and there was no way we were waiting in another line. Many people complained about this

This is the 5th or 6th time I have seen Carrie in concert. All I can say is WOW!!! She never disappoints the high energy performance was stellar. The costume changes were all gorgeous and the creativity to the show was fantastic. Aerial swings, entering the stage from different floor & ceiling entrances was just amazing! I seriously considered booking a flight to catch her lady slow in Seattle but work related issues aren’t going to let me. Sadly
Cannot wait for the next tour Carrie!

Not a huge Carrie Underwood fan, but I went with a friend who is. This show was phenomenal! She's got to be the hardest working woman in country music. A fantastic voice, lots of costume changes and some cool transitions between songs made for a really great evening! She even did a bang-up job late in the show doing Guns N' Roses Welcome To The Jungle. I was so impressed!

Me and my sister had a blast of fun and truly enjoy the Carrie Underwood concert with Jimmie Allen. Carrie Underwood is truly one amazing beautiful respected and dedicated artist, and we love her so much. Me and my sister had gone to a previous Carrie Underwood concert back in 2019 when she was on her Cry Pretty Tour. Now we attend another Carrie Underwood concert on her Denim and Rhinestones Tour. Me and my sister are huge fans of Carrie Underwood, and we love her music. We hope to see her again when she goes on another tour hopefully soon in the future. Me and my sister will definitely be going to another Carrie Underwood concert in the future.

There is no one that can put on a performance better than Carrie. She shows how much she appreciates her fans. Not only is she beautiful, but also has a beautiful soul. When she finished Jesus take the wheel with How Great Thou Art, I have never heard anything as beautiful. I am praying for Carrie and her family for all the peace and love the world has to offer. She gives it to us with her music. Thank you Carrie. Love you 😍 💗 Dianne Stacks

I've watched Carrie from the very beginning of her journey on American Idol. I absolutely love her music. This is why I was so disappointed with the show in Kansas City on 11-13-22. The music was so loud which is expected but you could barely hear the words she was singing. It was like she was screaming the majority of songs. The only song that I could hear, and it actually sounded like her, was when she sang Jesus Take the Wheel.
I want to say it was amazing and it should be with her beautiful voice and songs. I just can't say this because it sounded like she was screaming and just couldn't hear her voice.
I hope she comes back to KC - I would love to see her again and hopefully with a few changes.
Thank you,
Cheryl H

One of the best concerts ever!! I love her so much!!! Sang every song and scream at the top of my lungs and she was so close and loved when she was above the crowed. And the best is when she smiled and waved to me!! Just wished I won the meet and greet that’s my number one dream is to meet her!! I’ve hoping and dreaming of that for a long time and to give her the biggest hug ever!! Tell her how much I appreciate her music and she helped me with so much and changed my life! And that I’m her biggest fan ever!! And the only thing I would add is the song pink champagne! I love you Carrie Underwood with all my heart!

Nobody comes close to Carrie Underwood when it comes to preformance! She as always puts on a wonderful show! (Spectacular)! Jimmie Allen was also extremely enjoyable to see, He interacted with the crowd, even going down into the pit! Unfortunately not my side of the pit :( but he was awesome as well. Him and Carrie make a great team on the road!! Allstate was clean and well maintained, The only complaint I can make is that the employee's were all over the place and we were told to go one place when we were suppose to be in another. I would probably say it come from being short handed. Other than that it a awesome show and look forward to seeing Jimmie Allen again sometime in the future and I will absolutely be at the next Carrie Underwood concert when she comes back to the area!

I wrote a longer review yesterday which did not post for unknown reasons, but suffice it to say we enjoyed the new show and Carrie left it all on the floor so to speak as did Jimmy Allen. The more striped down songs had more emotional impact on us but the rockers were great also. She is best when she lets that killer vibrato ring out, so sweet. The backing bands were fabulous and her duet with Jimmy great fun.

What a fabulous night of entertainment! Jimmie Allen was great and Carrie was ahhhmazing!! I had no idea Carrie was opening her tour here in our little city of Greenville, SC! So much fun and love that she brought music from every release she has dropped. The show was fantastic and the staging to include the entire arena was inspired. Being so open about their faith in Jesus Christ was the icing on the cake to make it a second to none show! Loved every second!

Carrie Underwood: 10/15/22
“Jesus took the wheel guiding me through the ‘Fall For Greenville’ congestion to a prime parking spot near the Bon Secours VIP entrance. Carrie Underwood’s 43 date ‘Denim & Rhinestones Tour’ was poised to kick off in Greenville SC and there was no setlist to follow along with, only anticipation. The concert promised direction by Barry Lather (Mariah Carey, Michael Jackson), and production by Nick Whitehouse (Justin Timberlake, Beyonce) so it had to be THAT good. Choosing my seats at presale I acquired upper bowl tickets by the railing just above the lower bowl for frugality purposes, all the while remaining close enough to avoid the hockey arena’s thin-aired Alpine zones. The show was a sell-out as expected and the compliant audience were seated well in advance of the opener, kudos to multiple venue and Ticketmaster instructional emails. Anticipation was in the air as there were video camera set-ups in the audience, the mix area itself was large enough to take up a floor section’s worth of real estate, and there was one single streamer hanging from the upper rigging, a leftover remnant from an earlier rehearsal. According to one audience member Carrie and company had been setting up all week. The main portion of the stage was not visible upon entrance being sectioned off by a curtain with DJ Vinom in the forefront setting the tone of the evening capped off with a full arena sing-a-long of ‘Sweet Caroline’. Opener Jimmie Allen took the stage for a fast paced 37 minute/9 song performance. Somewhat reverent, somewhat rambunctious, Jimmie sang a version of ‘Lord I Need You’ mid-set and ended the set by removing his shirt to the delight of the female half of the audience. At precisely 8:52 the 39 year old 4th Season American Idol, 8 Grammy winner with over 70 million records sold, 33 charted singles including 14 number #1’s took the stage rising up from a cutout in the middle of the stage floor. The curtain was drawn up (actually sucked in) in two parts in an instant revealing a stage which looked in shape somewhat like an origami bird. There was a diamond shape platform extending well to the audience with pit access on all sides— a clever design providing more access to great views from the floor. A giant video screen filled the rear of the stage encased in a rhinestone border, two smaller video screens were stage right and left in similar make up. The hour and fifty minute twenty-four song extravaganza was under way with ‘Good Girl’. Underwood took a moment, ‘Welcome to opening night attending the Diamond And Rhinestones Tour coming to you live, rocking the house, having fun all night’! Staggered throughout the set were six songs from the new album along with a host of hits. The event both concert and show was no doubt the most theatrical performance I’ve ever seen: there were streamers, disco balls pyrotechnics, smoke plumes, aerial acrobatics, multiple stages and wardrobe changes. (too many to count). Don’t blink or you’ll miss something! On ‘Undo It’ there was a left right singalong on the ‘na, na, na, na, na’, and ‘I wanna un-un-un-un-un-undo it’ portions. On ‘If I Didn’t Love You’ Jason Aldean’s parts were broadcast on a video recording on the main screen. ‘Wasted’ ended in a fiddle duo, Underwood commenting, ‘I don’t know if you guys know this or not, we play country music up here, matter of fact I always like to say we’re so country we have two fiddles, that’s how country we are’. On ‘Burn’ flames rose from the entire perimeter of the front half of the diamond stage with Carrie and microphone standing alone in the middle. On ‘Ghost Story’ Underwood rose high above the audience on a trapeze styled swing and was transported via track and rigging entirely across the arena lowering onto ‘B stage’. Dismounting on the tiny house shaped stage Carrie commented, ‘I’m selfish, I wanna see everybody I wanna see faces, I wanna see faces up there (pointing), up there (pointing), and down here!’ From there it was the moment everyone waited for, Underwood confirming what we were experiencing, ‘I feel the Holy Spirit in this place’. The evangelical Christian performed ‘Jesus Take The Wheel’ to thousands of cell phone lights, in the exact pitch as the album then transitioned into a traditional cover of ‘How Great Thou Art’. She can move an audience! ‘Crazy Angels’ was next as Carrie transported back to main stage in an open aired gyroscope with angel wings, legs hanging out, ‘We got any crazy angels in the audience tonight?’! Jimmie Allen came back out for a choreographed duo of the new album’s title cut. An overdue intro was next up for the amazing seven piece band. While introducing Seth Rausch on drums a smaller kit arose up from mid stage with which Carrie matched Seth beat for beat on ‘Poor Everybody Else.’ Next up, rhinestones swapped places with leather to an electrifying version of Guns N’ Roses ‘Welcome To The Jungle’. There was no encore, the show ended with ‘Before He Cheats’, roman candles shooting both up and down front stage. With the multiple stages there was not a bad seat in the house and given it was an arena event, the sound quality was right on, The crowd was loud, Underwood commenting after the show on social media, it ‘may have been the loudest crowd we’ve ever had’! Notably missing from the set was the number one, ‘All-American Girl’. A portion of every ticket sold on the tour went to Tunnels to Towers Foundation, a nonprofit which supports veterans and first responders. Yes there are superstars out there who give back on a practical level representing their profession well, it’s refreshing to see. Carrie’s come quite a long way from waiting tables at a local pizzeria to achieving superstar status and shows no sign of slowing down!” Review and photo by DAve (Concert #615)

Carrie did not disappoint!! I did have an issue with the security at the venue!!! There were 2 women in my party 1 is a P.A, The other is a Hospice nurse both thought I needed medical assistance however the staff treated me as if I was intoxicated, they were rude and Insensitive to my issue!! While I understand they do have to deal with those types is things! I had a reaction from something and have made arrangements to see my physician had I been having a serious medical issue things could have been horrible! I think they should be aware that not everyone is a drunk!!!!! And sometimes a medical issue can present in different ways!!!!!

We always look forward to Carries concerts, the concert last night was wonderful always some new changes like the honoring of female songs from times gone back. I/we have one complaint, there are so many fans here in Knoxville and surrounding states, traveling to Nashville every time paying for the best seats, hotels, gas, food etc., all this on social security will keep us and others from continuing and we sponsor her with buying albums, t-shirts, posters etc. We know this is a big setup for her concert but aren’t we worth the effort. 🌹 Thank you 🙏Sharon Rice

My wife bought tickets about 10 months ago, as she is a HUGE Carrie fan. After going to the show with her, I am now one as well.
Carrie really is a class act, and the entire show was fantastic! The band was spot on and sounded great. Carrie is a supurb singer!
I'm an old head-banger, but am always open to new music.
Her songs and the messages she shares are extremely well presented in her shows as I realized by seeing her live.
Very, very happy to have gone to this concert and would gladly go again.
Well done Carrie 👌!

Great show. I have to be honest. Country music is not really my go to music. Metal is my home. However, I took my kids to this show and enjoyed it immensely. So much to look at, so many things going on. She puts on one hell of a show. My only complaint would be.... Turn down the bass. At some points of the show all you could hear is the bass. Other than that, great show!

I loved the show. There were great live performance of her greatest hits. The wardrobe changes were unexpected being as this was my first experience seeing Carrie in concert. Also some cool moments were the harmonica battle she had with band mate Chad Jeffers, the opening number and the sharing of the family photos to explain her story on and off the stage. The new songs mixed with old along with duet hits made this an enjoyable fun and memorable night. Kudos to the set designers, sound and light guys and to Carrie and the band.
