TICKET OPTIONSGeneral Admission tickets are available for four days - Thursday through Sunday.  These tickets do not include camping.  You can choose our ala carte ADD ONs for various camping and parking options.  A special teen price is available by putting TEEN into the promotional box on the order form.  Teens must be accompanied by a paying adult and show a student I.D.  Children age 12 and under get free admission if accompanied by a paying adult. A Note about the Address:  1616 FM 3158, Tilmon (Dale), Texas 78616.  The festival is located in Tilmon, Texas, 12 miles southeast of Lockhart.  But the mailing address is Dale.  You can put Old Settler's Music Festival or the address using either Dale or Tilmon, and google maps will take you there.  We are conveniently located less than an hour from Austin, two hours from Houston, and 30 minutes from Bastrop and San Marcos. More info, get in touch with us at info@oldsettlersmusicfest.org By purchasing this ticket, you consent to the Old Settler's Complete Terms and Conditions  Camping Areas.   Wooded and meadow camping areas are available for both tent campers and RVs/trailers.  There are no reserved spots -- it is first-come, first-served.  Please do not rope off spots.  RVs and Trailers. RVs and trailers over 18' will be charged an additional $125 over the cost of camping.  RVs and trailers 18' and under will be charged an additional $60 over the cost of camping. It includes parking in the Meadow or Camp Armadillo for one vehicle. Electrical permits are not included.  There are no water hookups, but we can arrange for water refills and dump-outs at Campground Headquarters for a fee. Electrical PermitsEveryone pulling power from our grid must have an electrical permit. The cost is $50.Campground Parking.  Every vehicle parked in the campground must have a parking permit.  Parking is available in the meadow and at your campsite in Camp Armadillo for $30.  If you must park near your campsite in Camp Banjo, the permit is $75 and they are available on a limited basis.  There is no parking in Camp Collings. The New Platinum Pass.  A platinum package offers a unique VIP experience. It includes a four-day festival wristband, Thur.-Sun camping, three stages plus the late night Camp ShhhTimes, workshops AND backstage privileges on Friday and Saturday in the arena where you’ll be served dinner on Friday and lunch & dinner on Saturday, get free beverages and snacks, and have access to an air-conditioned port-a-potty. You’ll also have an exclusive viewing area for both stages, a festival poster, t-shirt, keepsake credentials, shower tickets, and early access. New this year: Platinum Concierge Crew. They’ll help you settle in when you arrive, provide special assistance when needed, offer rides around the campground, and can show you where the late night jams are. Where do I park if I am not camping? Parking for Daytrippers is available on site for $10  (cash only at the door).  There is no charge on Thursday or Sunday.  Camping is not permitted in day parking.  Daily ticket holders must exit the day parking lot one hour after the music in the arena ends. Can I start camping before the festival? Of course! Early access is available at the times listed below.  From Sunday - Monday, all All RV's, regardless of size, and tents will be charged the early entry/pre-fest camping fee of $50.  Camping is first-come, first-serve.  There are specific posted hours Sunday-Wednesday when the box office will be open for load-in.  If you do not come during these times, there will be no way to access the property.  Please plan to arrive during these hours.  You must have a both a General Admission Festival ticket and a camping pass to attend early. Wednesday Night Open MicWednesday night beginning at 7 pm, there will be a special open mic night for all the pickers, players and listeners in the campground. Friday, Pickin' for the CampersAs usual, Korn Dog King will host “Pickin for the Campers” on Friday from noon – 3 pm in the campground. What happens if it rains?  Our show goes on rain or shine. If there’s a possibility the weather conditions are dangerous, some performances may be cancelled - but this is up to the discretion of Old Settler’s and artist management, and any cancellations may be short-notice. Be prepared for any weather, and bring a raincoat and boots! Can I get a refund on my ticket?  Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds – even for bad weather. Once tickets are purchased, they are non-refundable. What can I bring in and what is off limits?  You can bring any food or drinks you’d like into the campground. We also have food, coffee and ice available for purchase there.  Please do not bring any glass bottles. You won’t be permitted to bring your own food or drinks (except sealed bottles of water) into the main Arena. But you won’t go hungry or thirsty. You’ll find a wide variety of food and beverage options inside – including gourmet fare, good wine, and craft beer. Please bring low-backed chairs or blankets.  Sunscreen, sunglasses and hats are good, too.  Bring a jacket for the evening. We don’t allow weapons at the festival. Are pets allowed at the Old Settler's Music Festival?  We love animals, but please don’t bring your pets. No pets are allowed.  What about "service animals?" "Service Animals" as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act will be allowed. "Emotional Support" animals and "Pets" ARE NOT covered under the ADA and therefore WILL NOT be allowed. All service animals must be registered with Festival ADA Services and be given festival credentials.  Service animals must be physically restrained at all times, and it must remain with the person it provides service to at all times.   Are the campgrounds and festival accessible for people with disabilities?  Our staff is dedicated to making sure the camp and festival grounds are accessible to all. Contact us before the festival if you have specific questions or requirements regarding accessibility. Can I light a fire at the festival?  Yes, if there is not a burn ban.  The fire must be contained and off the ground.  Think fire pit. Can I chop down trees in the campground for firewood?  Old Settler’s Music Festival asks that you don’t do anything to change the landscape of the campground – including chopping down trees. Please bring your own firewood and other fuel with you. Are there showers at the campground?  There will be shower trucks on site.  Showers will cost a nominal fee.   Where is the festival located -- Dale or Tilmon?  Dale is the mailing address.  The festival is located in Tilmon, Texas in Caldwell County.  It is southeast of Lockhart.  Luling and Lockhart are the two nearest larger towns with hotels.  It is less than an hour from Austin, two hours from Houston, and 30 minutes from Bastrop and San Marcos.
