Jacksonville, FL locals Fonix is an eclectic and soulful collaborative project of two local bands Jive Katz & few members from Soul Sessions that combined their acts to deliver a sound influenced by various musical backgrounds like jazz, classical, gospel, r&b and rock to create a cohesive set of powerful and intriguing music. There is much passion and positive energy that can be felt when these "old souls" take the stage. There sound, energy, and passion is so infectious that you are guaranteed to be hooked on Fonix. They not only look to provide healing through the gift of music but through helping hands as well. It's not just music, it's a movement!
