ANGERSEED was formed at the end of 2007, started by Peter D. Maniak (vocals). The band set itself the aim of Death Metal which is straightforward but at the same time allows complex devices as well. The band, which had a totally different line-up in the beginning presented its first live-show in December of 2008. Angerseed is constantly giving concerts both in their country and beyond borders, a lot of positive feedback have been received regarding the band's intense live performance. Although the band have had a few line-up changes, this has not effected the live performances. The current line-up is as follows: Peter D. Maniak (vocals), Viktor Nagy (guitar), Márk Mészáros (bass), József Gáva ( drums). In the last 9 years Angerseed played countless shows, including many well-known acts, having the opportunity to share the stage with them, e.g.: Behemoth, Asphyx, Morgoth, Tankard, Krisiun, Mayhem, Decapitated, Hate, Cryptopsy, Borknagar, Anaal Nathrakh, SepticFlesh, Cattle Decapitation, Amon Amarth, Kataklysm, Arch Enemy, Fleshgod Apocalypse, Amorphis, Unleashed, Destruction and many more. Angerseed's first significant sign of existence was ‘The First Seeds (Before the Reign of Anger)’ EP in 2010. In 2012, as a summary of the band's previous work, ‘Dawn of a New Kingdom’ EP was released, and got appreciative criticism from critics everywhere without exception. In January 2016 the first full-length album entitled ‘The Proclamation’ has been released. This is simply the most earnest and completed work of the band, the album got plenty of enthusiastic recognitions by the Metal mediums far and near. The band's plans for 2018 are to write the material of a new EP and publish it, release 'The Proclamation' album abroad and have more powerful expansion beyond their borders in particular. Maniak (ének) kezdeményezésére. A zenekar a Death Metal műfajt tűzte lobogójára, mely egyenes és lényegretörő, de nem zárkózik el a komplexebb megoldásoktól sem. Az akkor még egészen más felállású zenekar 2008 decemberében mutatkozott be először élőben. Az Angerseed azóta is folyamatosan koncertezik itthon és határainkon túl egyaránt, a banda intenzív és látványos élő teljesítményéről rengeteg pozitív visszajelzés érkezett. A koncertezést a felállásban bekövetkezett változások sem akasztották meg, az Angerseed jelenlegi felállása: Peter D. Maniak (ének), Nagy Viktor (gitár), Mészáros Márk (basszusgitár), József Gáva (dob). Az elmúlt 9 évben számtalan fellépést tudhat a háta mögött a zenekar, nem kevés világszerte elismert alakulattal volt már alkalmuk egy színpadon, illetve egy rendezvényen játszani. Az Angerseed első komolyabb életjele az öt számot tartalmazó ‘The First Seeds (Before the Reign of Anger)’ EP volt 2010-ben. Ezt követte 2012-ben a ‘Dawn of a New Kingdom’ EP, mely már egy érettebb összefoglalása volt a zenekar addigi munkájának és szinte kivétel nélkül mindenhonnan elismerő kritikákat kapott. 2016 elején pedig megjelent a legelső nagylemez, a ‘The Proclamation’, mely a zenekar eddigi legérettebb, legkomolyabb munkája és mely lelkendező elismerések tucatjait tudhatja magáénak. A banda 2018-ra vonatkozó tervei között a további koncertezésen kívül egy új EP anyagának megírása és kiadása, a 'The Proclamation' lemez külföldön történő megjelentetése, valamint a minél hatékonyabb határainkon túli terjeszkedés szerepel elsősorban.
