Earth Anchor

Founded in the summer of 2013, Earth Anchor is a four piece post-hardcore/alternative-rock band from Portland, Oregon. With a strong DIY ethic with an insatiable enthusiasm to play, they've been described as having 'relatable songs with infectious grooves, along with melodies that simply can't be ignored'. Their first EP - 'Outshined' - was released in the spring of 2012. They've since released 3 more EPs - including 'Virtue & Fault' and their new 8 song EP entitled 'LIONESS'. Featuring dark, moody post-hardcore influenced tracks like 'Siren', to more poppy and accessible pop-punk influenced tracks like 'Fake', 'LIONESS' is Earth Anchor's most ambitious release to date. In addition to releasing 4 EPs in 2 years, Earth Anchor has played all over the west coast, including Portland, Vancouver, San Francisco, Phoenix, Los Angeles, and more.
