Fake The Face

ITA: Fake The Face è un progetto musicale che nacque nell'Ottobre del 2009 . La band, da allora, ha cercato di sviluppare materiale attingendo dalle varie personali contaminazioni, proprie di ogni singolo componente. Dai testi, al groove, passando per le linee vocali e melodiche; lo sfociare di tutte queste influenze ha dato luce al nostro genere, che trova, tra le sue colonne portanti, principi quali la dedizione, la passione, il senso di appartenenza ad una famiglia. Tecnicamente parlando, abbiamo scelto di far coincidere il tutto attraverso ritmiche complesse e synth, che hanno avuto la funzione da collante delle varie parti, nel tentativo di creare a volte ambiente e intimità, altre volte potenza e consistenza. Il nostro primo album "Everything Happens For A Reason" si propone appunto questo, ovvero sposare melodia e ritmicità, per dare sfogo ad ogni sentimento che ci ha mosso alla composizione di questo lavoro. I testi parlano infatti di personali esperienze, di sensazioni, sogni e situazioni, che ci rapiscono diverse volte nell'arco della quotidianità, ma che trovano nel nostro album importanza e profondità. E' stato un lavoro lungo, durato quattro intensi anni, che ci hanno visti partecipi di diversi cambi di lineup e problemi vari, che però non hanno minato alla stabilità della nostra band, bensì siamo arrivati sino ad oggi in un perfetto equilibrio, compositivamente fertile e motivante. "Everything Happens For A Reason" è stato mixato in Italia ai Dyne Engine Studios da Manuele Pesaresi, mentre il mastering è stato eseguito da Jens Bogren (James LaBrie, Soliwork, Opeth, Symphony X) presso i suoi Fascination Street Studios in Svezia. Giugno 2014 - I Fake The Face hanno raggiunto il secondo posto nel concorso organizzato da Bagana Rock Agency, condividendo il palco nelle finali con We Are Waves e Dead Man's Miracle all'Honky Tonky di Seregno (MB). Giugno 2014 - I Fake The Face hanno firmato un contratto con la Jack Rock Agency per un servizio di booking e management, entrando a far parte del loro roster. ________ ENG: Fake The Face is a music project born in October, 2009. From the begin the band tried to make some material, taking a cue from our own artistic contaminations. The lyrics, the groove, the vocal and melodic lines; these whole things defined our genre, founded on values like dedication, passion, sense of belonging to a family. Talking about technique, we choose complex rhythmics and synths, trying sometimes to create ambience and intimacy, sometimes power and consistency. Our debut album “Everything Happens For A Reason” has the purpose to join melody and rhythmicity, giving vent to every feeling that moved us to compose this work. In fact, the lyrics talk about personal experiences, sensations, dreams and situations that takes us many times during our routine, but they find importance and depth in our songs. June 2014 - Fake The Face have reached the 2nd place in the Bagana Rock Agency contest, sharing the stage in the finals with We Are Waves and Dead Man's Miracle at the Honky Tonky (Seregno, MB). June 2014 - Fake The Face have signed a contract with Jack Rock Agency for booking and management, taking part in their roster.
