After 3 years apart spent pursuing other musical endeavors, The Bright Midnight reformed in 2014 with a new drummer, a new sound and a new ambition . After incorporating several new styles into the band's classic sound, they announce their next release due May of 2014. The highly anticipated release "Red House Loyals", features 6 tracks that captures the bands new dynamic sound. After a few personnel changes, BMB is currently comprised of four members: Nathan Mayers (rhythm guitar, vocals), Michael Callaway (lead guitar, vocals), Alexander Grant (drums), and Ian Stidham (bass). Coalescing around a love of music ranging from jazz to rock. The group draws inspiration from a vast array of musical sources – however, their biggest influences include Led Zeppelin, The Black Crowes, The Allman Brothers Band, Stevie Ray Vaughan, The Rolling Stones, and Jimi Hendrix.
