Bog Iron Bloom

Bog Iron Bloom is as rare and as natural as the lost commodity they borrow their name from. They carefully combine a semi-acoustic trio of guitar, bass and drums with a small but haunting string section. The result is a sound that gracefully beckons to the past, yet never adheres to it. The ensemble draws members from all across the Garden State and denounces any centralized location; wherever their music is heard is home. Bog Iron Bloom has been recognized by the Asbury Park Press, 90.3 the Core, and has won the award for "Top New Band" by the Jersey Acoustic Musician Awards; all of this before ever releasing their debut EP (out this summer)!
