Yet known as a multi-talented artist in Haiti, with a couple of prizes at his name to date (one prize given him for his participation and performance at “La première edition du Bicolormix” by Sexy Prodz in May 2005, a Best DJ award in 2006 by Rocky Production’s at Reggae Night and a certificate delivered to him by Ayiti Création on December 31 2009 for another stunning performance), his signature style of reggaeton, house, hip-hop, electro and pop mixes is getting him more known wherever it is in the country and even beyond the Haitian-Dominican borders. He has done interviews and specials for Radio Éclair and Telemax, Radio Vision 2000, Radio One, Radio MBC, Ticket Magazine and Spotlight. Born on August 29 in Port-au-Prince( Haiti), Léo René Philippe “DJ HOT” de Ganot II has given himself a mission which is to entertain people especially the youth. His love for music was discovered quite early while attending high school still. Another mission has been given him also by himself. He wants to share the love and connection clubs and Dance music are built on and are all about, while mixing. He sets a huge range of challenges to overcome such as becoming known worldwide just like other famous DJ’s. As an artist and an entertainer, he has also other qualifications that make him very important in his area of work such as wide-ranging knowledge of radio production from inception to completion, ability to provide efficient administrative support for a wide variety of program participants and staff, a wide range of technical proficiencies and also shows signs of strengths and accomplishments. DJ HOT knows how to touch people with his skills and gifts. Playing almost all year long in cities and towns all across the Haitian ground as well as the Dominican soil; he is called to do this.
