Blinding Sunrise

Blinding Sunrise is a Post-Hardcore/Metalcore band formed on May 15th 2011 in Vittoria (Ragusa,Italy). The band, which was on its beginning just a way to fill up some boring moments, was formed by Francesca Ereddia (Vocals), Mattia Giuffrida (Vocals), Matteo Lorefice (Guitar), Onofrio Butera (Bass), Giuseppe Sanzone (Guitar) and Valerio Macca (Drums). Under the name of Time After Dark, the guys used to have fun by playin some covers taken by their favorite groups, such as Bullet For My Valentine, Paramore, Three Days Grace and My Chemical Romance. Due to lots of reasons, the band decided to change its name into Blinding Sunrise, and on Semptember 2011, composed the first single, "Stab". The band so discovered lots of different influences. By mixing the power of Metalcore and the melody of Emocore, they managed to give to birth a new and uncommon kind of music that is really hard to find in their native land, but which is already very widespread on the rest of the world. The earlier formation was obviously only a temporary thing, and after having reached a quite good reputation by performing at some contests and lives, the guys,thanks to their dedition and interest in music, were able to give a final breakthrough to their career in August 2012, with the introduction of a dear friend of the guitarist,Luca Pace, at the rythm guitar. Since then Blinding Sunrise built a rehearsal studio that has become their second home, put up to live whole days exclusively dedicated to the composition of new songs and to the creation of a very strong friendship which bounds each member of the group to the other. On May 23rd 2013, the band released their first single 'The End of Existence' and started to collaborate with Ibleart Studio Recording. On October 2nd, their second single, 'Hundred Pieces' , mixed and mastered at Adrenaline Recording Studio,came out.
