LOS A-T BOYZ

Los A-T Boyz are a Tejano/ Regional Mexican group known for their variety of catchy cumbias that combine accordion, sax and keyboard with high energy performances that have become the signature for this talented group of musicians. Although cumbias are what Los A-T Boyz are know for they also perform rancheras, ballads, country, hip-hop and a range of Tejano/Norteno music. They hail from Austin, Texas “The Music Capitol of the World” and a diverse blend of Latin music styles comes naturally to the band. Growing up in Austin the band members listened to the traditional music of their parents, including tejano, norteno, and ranchera while at the same time listening to other types of music such as rap, hip-hop, rock and top 40 with their friends. Also known as Alma Tejana, these talented musicians have soulfully evolved to become Los A-T Boyz. The band are made up of Raphael Rodriguez - lead vocalist and saxophone, Paquito Rodriguez – vocals and accordion, Fernando Rodriguez - drums and percussion, Paco Rodriguez guitar, bajo sexto, and vocals, Omar Acuna - congas, Josh Woods - bass guitar, Raymond Garza – keyboard and accordion, Chris Rivera – harmony vocals. Together they produce powerful and energetic music that keeps the dance floors packed. They have shared the stage with great artists such as La Mafia, Charlie Daniels Band, Los Tigres Del Norte, Belanova, Emilio Navaira, Little Joe, Ricky Rick, Brandon Rhyder, Tito Puente Jr., DJ Kane, Elida Reyna, Jay Perez, Michael Salgado, Jaime y Los Chamacos, The Hometown Boyz, Ruben Ramos, La Sombra, Augustine Ramirez, Sonora Dynamita, and Renacimiento 74 , just to name a few. Whether they’re Playing a spicy charanga, an urban cumbia, interlaced with melodic hooks, or a heartfelt ranchera, their contagious performances continue to have their steady growing fan base wanting more.
