However I have had the immense pleasure of spending a great deal of time with Leon on the road. Many many nights we have found ourselves passing around bottles of whiskey, beer and wine, along with a guitar amongst good friends and great players and songwriters. Each time the guitar is passed to Leon he silences the room with his beautiful take on old and new Country and Bluegrass tunes, some mined from very close old friends, from the town of Sunnybrae where Leon grew up immersed in these traditions.
