THE ARGENT DAWN

The Argent Dawn formed back in 2007 with a view to creating modern Death Metal. The band toured the UK extensively and before their first release had shared the stage with such bands as Dying Fetus, Despised Icon, Whitechapel, The Red Shore, For the Fallen Dreams and many more. Following the release of their debut album ' A Blank Eternity ' on Rising records in February 2010, TAD continued to tour the UK with support slots for bands such as Napalm Death, The Acacia Strain and Gallows. The Argent Dawn have since parted ways with Rising Records and recorded two demo tracks one of which, 'Death is my realm' is up for free download right now. After almost a 3 year break The Argent Dawn are back with a new sense of purpose and writing new music for a release in 2014. The band's return show is the UKDC fest in Leeds and you can be sure to see them in a town near you in the not so distant future! Cannibal Corpse are obviously the masters but the Argent Dawn are Eager apprentices - Terrorizer Magazine
