Amanda Tovalin

Amanda has a sweet and curious personality. She always full of energy it seems that her
her worst fear is getting bored. Mexican singer, violinist and composer who explores in her
of her songs elements of Latin American folklore, jazz and contemporary music and
experimental. Her shows of her live have been acclaimed for the energy and honesty she offers
on stage with the agility and creativity of her violin as well as the magic and honesty of
her voice, factors that have led her to represent Mexico internationally on tours around
countries like Colombia and India where she participated in the New Delhi Jazz Festival as well
her of winning several prestigious scholarships for songwriters such as the scholarship for the residency of ART OMI New York Experimental Composers 2019 and Women's Scholarship
creative composers from the Vermont College of Fine Arts.

She has three recording materials included, "Punto de Partida" named No.1 of
the 10 best albums of 2015 by Sin Embargo magazine as well as “Crónicas” and “Infinito”
which was acclaimed by critics which allowed him to break through among the new
generations of Mexican female songwriters and experimental musicians.

She has represented Mexico on different stages in Colombia, Spain and India.
Her mission as her creator is to talk about feelings that are not commonly treated in the
commercial music and invite people to feel free to express themselves and not feel alone in the
tried.
