Tepetricy's hard rock sound, described as 'motion music', is crafted by their exciting, high-energy live show and an overwhelming height of emotion. They resemble a combination of acts such as 30 Seconds to Mars, Linkin Park, Muse, & Dream Theater. Tepetricy's wide range of influences, inspirations and musical backgrounds gives Tepetricy a sound like no other, which is apparent in their music. Curtis Becker, a rock reviewer from Emurg.com, agreed with their effort, "...Tepetricy is one of those rare bands who are truly unique. They have a sound that is all of their own." As did Adam Marx of New Rock News, "These guys are totally out of the box when it comes to sound."
