Indiago Biography

Hailing from Adelaide Hills/Peramangk in rural South Australia, Indiago is
more than just a band – they're practically family. These five high-school
mates share a tight bond fueled by their collective love for making music.
When they hit the stage, you can sense the camaraderie at its best, a
genuine connection that sets them apart.

Surviving the anthemic naughties rock era, this band evolved from
introspective teens with studded belts to whiskey-drinking blues aficionados.
Their unique sound pushes Rock 'N' Roll boundaries with soulful vocals,
commanding guitars, and a rhythmic heartbeat, crafting a narrative of genre
redefinition.

Indiago's music also delves into a more shadowy and expressive realm. It
explores themes of affection, sorrow, and psychological well-being,
seamlessly accompanied by the atmospheric landscapes that encapsulate
their experiences growing up in rural South Australia.

With inspirations spanning from enduring heavy rock legends like Led
Zeppelin and Soundgarden to modern hard-hitting bands such as Nothing
But Thieves and Highly Suspect, INDIAGO’s music exudes a blend of
familiarity and innovation, providing a distinctive perspective within the
Australian rock scene.

Indiago have spent 18 months writing and producing their highly anticipated
debut record, 'The Line', due for independent release in 2024. The third single
off the album,‘Bones‘ will be out February 8th.
