The Siren Effect

The Siren Effect is a 4 piece rock/punk band consisting of all girl members aged 16-19. Founded in Welshpool in July of 2013, we have already produced many original songs which we perform alongside covers in energetic live shows throughout Shropshire and Powys. We are influenced by a variety of bands such as Good Charlotte, Mallory Knox and The Cure, and we combine many elements of this music to create upbeat melodic songs as well as crunching breakdowns. We have a passion for music and performing live, and love sharing this with other bands and music fanatics, which is why we like to keep ourselves busy. We currently have a number of gigs lined up in various places such as Telford, Shrewsbury and Wolverhampton, and are hoping to record another demo in the New Year. We're a 4 piece rock band from Welshpool, influenced by likes of Brand New, Good Charlotte, New Found Glory and always looking for gigs.
