DJ MatricK

DJ MatricK ist more than just a DJ. Since 1995 he is the owner of his own company N3XTfield-Media (3MKA-Records). N3XTfield-Media offers Bands or Solo-Artists high quality recording in DJ MatricKs own studio. He also produces music by himself. In 2001 MatricK became a radio-dj at the radiostation Hitradio Ohr from Offenburg (Germany) and presents the radio-show Maximum Clubbing, which is broadcasted every friday night live from the Codex Club Achern (Germany). Since 2009 DJ MatricK is a member of the iDJ-Pool USA. Carreer progression Born in 1979, Manuel Patrick Kempf dicovered his passion for music pretty early. He took private music lessons by a rigorous french teacher for seven years, where he learned how to play the piano, the fiddle and the guitar. At the early age of 14 MatricK discovered that he also enjoys recording, mixing and producing music. Two years later he founded the subsidary company 3MKA-Records and landed contracts from the USA (USA;Sherman Oaks/CA). This was quickly followed by his first DJ-jobs in big clubs with his very own style: ELECTRONIC music (House, Dance and the classics of the 1990s) Trained as an automobile salesperson originally, MatricK stepped into the radiostation Hitradio Ohr in 2000 almost randomly. He startet as sales promoter, but soon got a job as the head of the marketing. Matrick had to coordinate the main events and dj-bookings then, and also had to anchor on- and off-air shows from time to time. Moreover he was responsible for the technique or was booked as dj himself. In 2005 he produced the second album of 3MKA-Records, "ElecTrue" in Sherman Oaks (USA;CA). Since 2009 DJ MatricK is almost every weekend on the road, working as a DJ at clubs in Germany, Austria, France, but also in Spain and the USA. And what about the name?
