Zargof Biography

Zargof is a band that emerged in mid-2003 and proposes to merge atmospheric elements of ambient music / progressive / electronic with metal weight. With remarkable influence of doom metal and black metal scene of Scandinavian 90's, Zargof brings a unique formula and one Avantgard style of Heavy Metal. Through their sound, the group plans to explore hidden human dimensions, its lyrical inspiration evokes the cataclysmic fury of nature their dualistic behavior, and the mysteries of existence. The band consists of Lucas Heleno (guitar and vocals), Chris Vale (bass), Manfredo Savassi (drums) Victor Horta (guitar and vocals) and Felipe Del Giúdice (keyboards and synthesizers). In 2004, Zargof released their first EP titled "Departure for the cosmic twilight" (2004), distributed by Ars Magna Recordings (USA). In April 2012 the band returns activities recording and sets its single "Aeon" (2012). In 2013, the band and launched the concept EP "Solace" and calls Chris Vale to take the bassist position. In April 2014, the line-up changes, and then are called Victor Horta in guitar, Felipe Marques on keyboards and Manfredo Savassi on drums. In January 2015, the band released their second single called "Burning Ashes" debuting the new training studio. Shortly after in 2015 Felipe Del Giúdice joined the band replacing Felipe Marques on keyboards. Official page for ZARGOF.
