Backseat Charlie

Backseat Charlie originated in a DePaul university dorm room with just Stuart MacFadyen and Joey Cantacessi playing their acoustic guitars. Eventually the two musicians set out to find talented counterparts and added good friends Benjy Wax and Cole Hawking to the mix. Backseat Charlie was given birth to in February of 2012. Over the summer of 2012 the band played their first show on July 27 at House of Wax in Glenview, a local music scene festival hosted by Backseat Charlie's own Benjy Wax. The band is currently on and off working on their new EP. Expect A LOT of music, shows, and good vibes from this group in the coming year.
