The Bell Boys Biography

BELL BOYS MUSIC – The Bell Family has been writing, producing, recording and performing music for over 20 years. While growing up in Stockton, Ca, the Bell family started sharing their musical talents in a small church under the leadership of their minister father, Xavier Bell. The oldest sister Autumn Santovi (Bell), who is well educated in music writing and music theory, lead the congregation andin music for years and released several self-released projects. After following the direction of their older sister, Erik and Jacob, the oldest of three bell brothers, began receiving drum lessons from a musician within the congregation. “We liked to go to lessons, but both of us didn’t like practicing” admits Erik. Jacob eventually veered away from playing drums and picked up electric guitar when he received one as a Christmas gift. From there, Elijah wasted no time in learning the skills previously acquired by his two brothers and he too began practicing drums after Sunday services as well as in the garage of the family home whenever he had the opportunity. As the the bell children went through high school and college, they had a number of different music ventures. In 2004, the Bell Family relocated to the Northern Wisconsin. Autumn moved to the suburbs of where Jacob and Elijah formed a Pop/Punk trio known as Jean Hagen with their neighbor John Koepp (Bass). They played all over the Midwest and gained a loyal following within the local music scene. Erik stayed in California to attend college, played drums and became the vocalist for a local Santa Cruz indie rock band under the name Synonyms for Silence. It was at this time Erik began learning guitar and writing songs and after Synonyms for Silence disbanded in 2007, Erik pursued music as an acoustic singer/songwriter. In the spring of 2009, on the back porch of the Wisconsin family home, Erik, Jacob and Elijah Bell resolved in perusing a new musical venture together, in what would inevitably be called, “The Bell Boys.” Their beginnings of this musical combination were such of growth and discovery as the boys began to hone in on their individual talents while at the same time remaining focused on their personal musical goals and ambitions. Lastly, and most importantly, the youngest sibling Hannah [Channah Roseann] fell into her musical role and began writing and recording songs after she moved to join her brothers in Sacramento, CA. Channah Roseann is a very vibey R&B singer with a hunger for conscientiousness. As a family, The Bells blend some of their favorite genres into a fresh NEW sound influenced by Pop, Bluesy Funk, Hip Hop & Rock. Bell Boys Music is confident in their ability achieve their musical goals while pursuing their lifelong passion of being a significant contributor both within the music industry and music community. While they continue to invest in their fan base across the country, understand that it is this musical family that reflects the importance of family values and the pursuance of all things necessary to share with their fans the music that runs through their veins.
