Mental Control is Renato Goulart,born and resident in the city of Goiânia in the state of Goiás in the heart of Brazil. His first contact with EM in 2000 led him to seek new innovations, he begun to perform DJ sets at massive and underground parties in the state, in 2004 (after an EM course in Hong Kong) he started making his own music. Mental Control has performed along side the world with great national and international performers at clubs and festivals like: Universo Paralello, Mountain Madness (Nepal), 303Art Festival, Festival Fora do Tempo, Bluefrog (IN), Club Fiction, Universal Religion, Tranceformation, Jack Danyiels Disco (HK) and manyothers... Had the pleasure to be part of known labels such as Psytropic Recs (Germany), Medusa Recs (Greece) and Buddha Mantra Recs (Portugal). Now MENTAL CONTROL has joined DIGITAL OM team ! Always seeking for high quality production, Mental Control regularly innovates his LIVE / DJ sets, drawing an atmosphere filled with groove and hi-tech, seducing the crowed into dancing and to experience a complete sound voyage. At the moment, spends all of his timein his Studio, always updating his new LIVE ACT, which is redirected to a night scene with loads of psychedelic soundsand strong presence of bass, coming from a self-style and innovator.
