Wooden Horse Biography

There are two bands named Wooden Horse.
The first being the Wooden Horse from the 1970s.
This acoustic progressive folk trio released two LPs before breaking up.
The band was said to sound like a mix between Peter, Paul and Mary and The Velvet Underground.
The band's two released LPs were very rare and released with a limited number.
Susan Traynor (A.K.A. Noosha Fox) was the female vocalist in this group. There is not too much information on the two male musicians in the group. (Feel free to add info on them)
This Wooden Horse released two albums
-Wooden Horse (1972)
-Wooden Horse II (1973)

The modern Wooden Horse is also a three piece folk band.
This version of the band consists of lead vocalist Mary Borrell and multi-instrumentalists/vocalists Gabe Claussen and Zack Thieman.
The group is based out of Mankato, MN
The members of the band met in college and are actively gigging.
The modern Wooden Horse has released three albums.
-UrbanYetFolkee (2007)
-A Taste of Wooden Horse (2008)
-We Only Play the Sexy Notes (2008)
These albums are all available for free download at:
