Lord North

Lord North is an Alternative Rock band currently based in Dallas, TX. The brainchild of Joey Todd and Chris Hendrik, the band was founded in Durant, OK in late 2011, pulling influences from Louis XIV, Kings of Leon, The Raconteurs, and Gram Parsons. Lord North began performing in both the Oklahoma City and Dallas areas in 2012. Their first release, The Naked EP produced by Bryan David of Anthem Recording Studios, was released independently on October 31, 2012 and is currently in the process of being remastered for an upcoming limited vinyl release.

In 2012, they were selected for the Shiner Rising Star competition, and won praise from Brett Dillon from 95.3 The Range for their honest songwriting and no holds barred attitude, as well as opened for The Virgin Wolves at Wit's End. In 2013, they opened for The Venetia Fair at Sons of Hermann Hall, after which they took a brief hiatus to write new material. Returning in 2015, they performed with producer Bryan David on drums at O' Rileys in Dallas, and the following year performed at the legendary Trees.

They are currently prepping their full length release Faithless Living as well as writing new material.
