Seaside Lucha

As 2010 was coming to a close, MikeyZEROE & Willow Wisp, two wild dudes from Michigan’s Northwoods came up with an idea. An idea that took their backgrounds in Northern Michigan’s local indie rock scene, and merged it with their love for hip-hop music, that idea was Seaside Lucha. With a very un-traditional Hip-Hop sound, and over-the-top, energetic, captivating live performace, Seaside Lucha quickly gained some buzz in the Northwoods. Within months of forming, Seaside released both a studio EP and live EP titled “It was an inverted space flying tiger driver”. After playing all over the state of Michigan at rock shows, metal shows, hip-hop shows, bar shows, basement shows, and everything in-between for nearly two years promoting the EP, Seaside Lucha was signed on as the first project of Trust Fall Records, based out of Northern Michigan. In early 2013, Seaside Lucha released a 7” vinyl “Childhood” on Trust Fall Records, and have been traveling like mad-men in order to let not only their music, but their eccentric live performance be heard and seen by anyone and everyone.
