CHOOSE YOUR HEROES is definitely one of the most promising newcomer bands the Austrian metal scene has to offer. The band was founded in September 2006, back then known as "Inveterate Enemy". One and a half years later the heartfelt guys signed up to the label “House Of Music Records”. Only a few months time passed, where they played loads of shows,until their first LP “nothing remains” was released – a powerful, energetic debut album that was ready to kick some asses. Sadly, their bassist had to leave the band due to private reasons, ripping the bands energy apart and causing a huge gap. Returning in May 2011, the time had come to successfully find a new bandmember, and they could finally return to rocking their energy-bursting shows, followed by playing a mindblowing show at the Donauinselfest in summer 2011. A new bandmember accompanied by new experiences caused the guys to say farewell to their old bandname and start a new year with a new bandname: it was time for CHOOSE YOUR HEROES They played with prominent fellow metal bands such as “Death By Stereo”, the guys from “Winter Of Life”, “Boon, “Naca7”, “Silent Decay” and last but not least “Russkaja”. CHOOS YOUR HEROES are for sure no band to stand in the shadows of either national or international competents – what are you waiting for!? 2006-2013 Thank you for your support!
