Skinny Pimp, born Derrick Dewayne Hill, is a Memphis underground rapper that was with 36 Mafia from '94-'96. Left due to monetery disputes. Is regarded as one of the souths most talented underground artists. His debut album, King Of Da Playaz Ball (1996), sold over 60,000 copies with no radio play.
