$7 (advance), $10 // 21+Greg AshleySpace Raft----------GREG ASHLEY has been a fixture on the underground music scene since the late Nineties while strafing eardrums as a teenager in Houston garage- punk band THE STRATE-COATS. Since then he’s proven himself not only as a songwriter, singer and guitar player in bands like THE MIRRORS & THE GRIS-GRIS, but also as a producer/sound engineer via his Oakland-based Creamery Studio. His career as a solo artist is vast & varied, spanning the gamut between fried & beautiful psychedelia, gorgeous & cathartic symphonic suites & gentle, damaged folk music. Taste the sweetness. Grab a paddle and start pushing towards the abyss with Milwaukee’s premiere psychedelic rock n’ roll band SPACE RAFT. This squadron of star-shined musical explorers have released two solid full albums since their inception in 2014, all drenched in sci-fi related lyricism and psych pop. They’ve dominated the good land and are taking their talents down south. Time to strap up for the beyond. SKIP CHURCH is a Chicago band making waves around town that showcases the slightly mellower songwriting chops of JOE SCHORGL, lead singer/songwriter/guitarist of THE SUEVES. The scrappy crew of local rock & rollers set your heart on fire with their signature lo-fi garage riffs and all-around good-time attitude. As their slogan goes, "Skip Church. Go to Hell."
