This is their first gig in Cambridge since the release of their acclaimed second album, Frequency Rhythm Distortion Delay.

''Psychic Lemon clearly have a distinctive sound and right now they stand above the shoulders of many of the established modern psych acts.'' — Atom Heart Mutha

Music, including free live EP:

Black Doldrums are a Heavy-Psych duo from London, consisting of Kev Gibbard on guitar and vocals and Sophia Lacroix on drums and vocals.

They deliver multiple layers of sound with fuzzy echo-drenched guitars and heavy relentless drums.

After the successful launch of their EP 'Exit City Lights' in August 2016, Black Doldrums released their album 'People's Temple' in February 2017 preceding a US tour.

They have now joined Wrong Way Records for a much anticipated release later in the year.

The band have supported acts such as The Cult of Dom Keller, White Manna, Sterling Roswell of Spaceman 3, Thurston Moore, The Fall and Dead Rabbits.

The band have cited The Stone Roses, Joy Division, The Brian Jonestown Massacre, Sisters of Mercy, Oasis, Syd Barrett, John Coltrane, My Bloody Valentine and The Beatles as their main influences.
