Palm Down Biography
Born and raised in Rome, Italy - Palm Down (Francesco Zappia) started his solo journey following his departure from Punk Rock band Last Heart Attack after 7 years. Influenced by the all-mighties Frank Turner, Brian Fallon, Dave Hause, Chris Cresswell, the young alt-rock-folk artist released his first 3-tracks demo EP "Nosedive" during the summer of 2017.
Immediately jumping up on the road, Palm Down have constantly played shows in the country for a year.
The debut album "Unfamiliar Air in Familiar Places" released on April 2019 brought him into an Italian tour and playing at festivals like Bay Fest.
