was good to see these guys still at it, thought they were underrated in the 80's. the vocals were shrill at times, hard to hit those high notes in your 50's, but overall a decent showing. the big amphitheatre is not the place to see these guys, hope they do a small theater tour, they need a small place to really interact with the audience. they did a hit heavy 8 song set, that ended with the great Modern Day Cowboy
I love Tesla and I thought they were the headliner but they weren't. they didn't play very long. but I am also disabled and this venue was not handicapped friendly at all. there were tons of stairs everywhere. I have a rod in my left leg and can't bend it, so it was very difficult to get up and down the stairs. I almost fell on several occasions. I won't come back to this venue. we told the attendants several times if I could get a wheel chair or help getting up and down the stairs and not one person helped me. most of them were just rude. there was also no handicapped parking at all and we had to park several blocks away. I am now in tremendous pain today and I also just had a major back surgery. I have never been to a venue that could not accommodate for the handicapped. it was a joke..
Friggin Tesla was amazing as always!!! Anytime they play a regular show and not a Rock Cruise my wife and I are so there. Such a crowd pleaser!! The boys still got it after 30 years and Frank Hannon is an animal!!
