Above Us The Waves

"Above us The Waves'' is a five-piece band from Kavala, Greece. A.U.T.W.'s sound contains elements of melodic death metal and hardcore focused on heavy rifing and strong melodies. The band was initially formed by Vasilis (Guitars) and Theodore (Drums) and after several member changes, George (Guitars), Dinos (Bass) and Vangelis (Vocals) joined the band and completed the current line up. Following a demo cd(2009), a promo EP(2011) and many live shows, A.U.T.W. released their debut album ''Anchors Aweigh'' on October 2013 via the Athens(GR) based independent label ''Spreading Dysphoria Industries''.
