COMING MARCH 7TH 2018 TO LESTAT'S IN SAN DIEGO CA. ~ "One Sultry Day" the band is a breakout act from Greater Seattle. In the first six months after launching, the band had gained thousands of fans spreading across Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada and Idaho. Their original songs are a mix of classic, modern, alternative, and pop rock. One Sultry Day is a rock indie pop band with Celtic and Native American roots from Seattle. The present membership was incorporated in 2017.
One Sultry Day's original songs are transformative in nature. They discuss moving on, overcoming some challenge, finding a way forward out of chaos, or navigating something emotional. The songs are meant to rock in an inspiring and uplifting manner. The band will frequently use folk inspired instruments in its recorded material, whether its a hide drum, wooden flute, crystal bowls or even a bear shaped rattle.
