Marco Da Rold's Ghost Train Biography
Marco nasce nel 75, da sempre appassionato di musica e testi comincia ad avvicinarsi molto presto agli strumenti musicali come basso e chitarra.
Negli anni 90 fonda i Sunscape, una band piuttosto "progressive" con la quale realizza un album sotto l'etichetta Mellow Records.
Stanco del genere e soprattutto della routine, decide cosi di intraprendere una carriera solista, dirottando cosi il suo stile sul Pop/BluesRock contaminato da diverse influenze.
Come One Man Band registra due cd-r tra il 2010 ed il 2013, dedicandosi poi alla scrittura e registrazioni del suo primo album solista "ufficiale" chiamato "The Slough and The Ghost" dove tutte le esperienze si fondono.
Nel luglio del 2016 Marco da vita al progetto Marco Da Rold's Ghost Train un trio formato da Paolo Colombo al basso e Matteo Saronni alla batteria, un nuovo album realizzato nella prima metà del 2017, mentre alcuni concerti sono pianificati.
A settembre 2017 si è aggiunto un quarto membro alla formazione, Francesco, che sarà la nuova voce principale in tutte le future attività live e di studio. Dal Giugno 2018 Daniela Usardi è la nuova batterista di MDR'sGT.

Marco was born back in 75. Always interested in music and lyrics, he started playing bass guitar and guitar very soon.
In the 90's he founded a project called Sunscape, kind of a Progressive rock band, which published an album with Mellow Records.
Tired of the routine and labels, he decided go solo, playing a mixture of Pop/RockBlues, with british influences.
As a one-man band, between 2010 and 2013 he recorded 2 self released cds. Then he started the recording sessions of his first "Official" solo album called "The Slough and The Ghost".
In July 2016 Marco starts his new project called Marco Da Rold's Ghost Train, a blues-rock trio with Paolo Colombo on bass and Matteo Saronni on drums. A new album is ready and will be published in the 3rd quarter of 2017, along with some live gigs.
On September 2017, a new member was added to the band. His name is Francesco, and he will be the new leading singer of MDR's project. As from June 2018, Daniela Usardi got into the band as the new official drummer.
