Amarugia Ridge Runners

We our a three piece band coming from the Amarugia Highlands. The Amarugia Highlands is a conservation area located South of Freeman, Missouri. The highlands is rich in history, and once was a kingdom. This land had kings and queens, moonshiners, and Indians. There are so many stories with little documented information about the land. The band plays a mix of folk, Americana, blues, old country, and old time music. John grew up on a farm in the middle of the highlands, and the rest of the group grew up around the area. Jesse Bauerle grew up in Cleveland, Missouri. And Clay Dahman grew up in Harrisonville, Missouri. All the members have played in several bands, including the first Ridge Runners when they played rock n roll.
