BANDIT is Houma's #1 classic rock and party band! We cover a WIDE variety of music ranging from classic rock hits from bands like Grand Funk, Loverboy, REO Speedwagon, Journey, Queen, and Styx; modern country from Garth Brooks, Blake Shelton, Big & Rich, Lonestar, and Luke Bryan; pop hits of today's radio favorites as well as oldies from yesterday's greats like Beatles, Rolling Stones, Temptations, King Floyd, Archies, Three Dog Night, Monkees, and more!
BANDIT formed back in 1977 with 3 high school buddies (Gregg Graffagnino, Blayne Bergeron, Kevin Forshag), playing CYO dances, parties, Battles of the Bands, fairs and dances. After 27 years apart, we reformed in 2008 with the addition of a keyboard player, Jimmy Trant and recently in 2016, we have added talented guitarist David Gisclair (formerly of Halifax and Southern Cross). A few gigs lead to many, and it has been snowballing from there. Now, we play the local club circuit, festivals, casinos, weddings, and much more.
BANDIT has received the title of "Best Local Band" 5 years in a row (2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014) by readers of the 2 local newspapers in Terrebonne and Lafourche parishes. We have also been featured in several newspaper articles over the past few years. We provide professionalism and we give each and every gig 100%. Our aim is to provide a great musical experience and keep the crowd involved in the show.
