The Occasionalists are back with more Live Karaoke for the Resistance. This time we're pre-gaming for the Women's March the next day! We'll be featuring a diverse set list featuring, among many others, such female-centric songs as "Respect" by Aretha Franklin; "Cannonball" by The Breeders, and "You Don't Own Me" by Leslie Gore. It's a benefit for two important advocates for women's issues: Safe Horizon -- assisting women who have been the victim of sexual violence; and EmergeNY -- identifying, training and promoting Democratic women candidates for elected office.
