On The Altar Biography
On The Altar is a Swedish melodic black metal band from Gothenburg, Sweden, formed in 2012. The band was formed by Nils ”Hangadrott” Edström and Adrian ”Serk” Englund, and released its debut album From Dawn of Time in October 2017. The band’s main lyrical themes are based on the humanity, the power of nature, and the old ways of thinking.
The current line-up consists of singer Sebastian Almroth, guitarists Nils Edström and Vide Bjerde, bassist Alve Bjerde and drummer Adrian Englund.
