Excellent guitarist, loving the rock influences!
Amazing show and band, a must-see. Chantel took the power but also lost it when her guitar battery ran out, but that was a charming mis-step in a show of fretboard fireworks. Excellent support from Lucy Zirins too.

Musically Chantel and band were spot on and managed to get over a broken string with some humour. Chantel’s playing is so underrated and if you haven’t seen her, you should.

Great gig, shame there wasn’t a support act too

Another stellar performance from this incredibly talented musician. If she visits your town, do not miss her. She’s fantastic.

Superb as ever. Some great chemistry with her new bassist and even newer drummer. Despite being a blues rocker man I particularly love her solo mini acoustic set. Home always gets me and I love the genuine emotion that Chantel puts into this song. If obviously means a lot to her. This allows her beautiful voice to be heard as sometimes during the heavier part of the gig it is too far back in the mix and gets lost behind the brilliant guitar. Her down to earth banter is as endearing as ever and is a genuine reflection of how much she is enjoying the gig rather than rehearsed links. New song April promises much in terms of a future album and development of her songwriting
