About this concert
Radio Candy's, Marc Platt, curates this night of excellent singer- songwriter talent. Both up and coming, and sometimes established talent (a touring star or two have been known to drop in), hit the stage. Join The Blue Dolphins for their last set of the year in Los Angeles. Victoria and Alfonso will play some crowd favorites and some previews of songs they have in the works for their next release, TBA 2018.

Victoria C. Scott and Spanish five-time Grammy Award winning producer/engineer/songwriter
Alfonso G. Rodenas, who have been writing, releasing albums and playing live together since 2012.
Characterized by beautiful melodies, tight harmonies and an uplifting positive mood, their musical style embraces Folk, Pop and Roots Rock with a unique timeless quality. The duo writes in a commercial style both natural and unpretentious, attracting a wide range of listeners with its universal themes and laid- back charm.
In the last two years they have scored regular radio play on Los Angeles 88.5 FM, a spot-on NPR’s Spotify Playlist ‘World Café’s best of LatinX”, US College Radio, Indie Music Press, as well as a personal appearance on Bilingual Sounds also on 88.5 FM.
With the opening of the world post-Covid and their expanded audience due to radio play, The Blue Dolphins have started touring again as well as embarking on a new body of songs for their fourth album; with their infectious lust for life The Blue Dolphins encourage listeners to be fearless, have fun, wake up and live empowered lives.
